Video Submission and Live Broadcast Distribution Policies
Posting of videos and live broadcasts (whether or not monetized) using "Goonya Monster" game footage for game introductions, live broadcasts, etc. is permitted, whether commercial or non-commercial, provided that the conditions described in these Guidelines are understood and agreed to.
Copyright Notice
Please include the following copyright notice in the summary section of your submission or distribution.
In addition to the copyright notice, we would appreciate it if you could also include a summary of the game.
*Please include the platform name and store URL of the platform you are using.
*If it is difficult to include a game summary, we would appreciate it if you could provide the following information in your video.
Videos must be videos of you playing the game or showing you playing the game in action.
Target video distribution sites
We consider that, in principle, only video distribution sites (https://www.jasrac.or.jp/news/20/ugc.html) that have a music licensing agreement with the Japan Music Copyright Association (JASRAC) are eligible for permission.
However, even if a site falls under the above category, it does not include sites that are intended for viewing only by persons 18 years of age or older.
In addition, please note that we may request the deletion of posted videos or an injunction against the video distribution of any other sites that we deem inappropriate for illegal or other reasons.
*Please be aware that you are responsible for the content of any videos you post and that you must abide by the terms of use and guidelines of the sites to which you post your videos. We assume no responsibility whatsoever.
About Illustrations and Other Derivative Works
Posting of illustrations, etc. as derivative works on Twitter, video sites, etc. is permitted as long as they are within the scope of personal hobbies that are not for commercial use.
However, please refrain from using official materials other than the press kit as is.
Other Precautions
1) The copyright of the play videos belongs to us or to the rightful rightful owners.
2) We expect users to post videos of themselves playing games and other content that includes their creativity and comments, except when using the functions of the game console itself. Please refrain from reprinting videos posted by others, or posting illustrations, movies, or music for the purpose of viewing or merely copying copyrighted material.
3) Expressions that deviate from or damage the image of our company or our works are prohibited.
4) Secondary use of posted content is prohibited in principle.
5) Please refrain from using expressions that suggest or mislead users into believing, contrary to fact, that you are sponsored or affiliated with us or our affiliates.
6) We do not provide any guarantees regarding the submission of play videos. We are not responsible for any damages incurred by users or third parties as a result of the submission or distribution of videos.
7) These guidelines are intended for posting still and moving images and videos utilizing our games on appropriate still and moving image sharing sites. Any use or creation that is not covered by the guidelines should be done within the scope permitted by the laws and regulations of each country. (We do not provide individual answers on the criteria for judgment.)
8) We reserve the right to delete or suspend the distribution of any content that we deem to be illegal, offensive to public order and morals, or inappropriate, even if it was posted or distributed in accordance with the above guidelines. Upon our request, please promptly stop posting still images, videos, and distribution without delay. (We do not respond to individual requests regarding criteria for judgment.)
9) We will not respond to inquiries regarding these guidelines. We also do not respond to inquiries regarding permission to use videos or still images.
10) The content of these guidelines may be changed or updated from time to time. Please check the latest guidelines when making a submission.
